What is Venus Viva?

The Venus VIVA™ is an advanced, non-surgical solution for skin resurfacing that works to improve the overall texture of the skin. It combines Nano-Fractional Radio Frequency (RF) technology, to deliver total skin rejuvenation minimizing mild acne scarring and improving sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles. Lengthy down time is avoided, as experienced with more ablative peels and laser treatments, by piercing the skin with micro columns of RF energy deep into the layers of the skin, leaving surrounding tissues in-tact and rapidly stimulating the body’s natural healing responses. These dermal injuries can perforate skin tissue enabling lifting depressions (scars and fine lines) from the bottom up, whilst the tissue heating causes tissues to contract, resulting in a softer, smoother and firmer looking skin.

how does it work?

Venus Viva™ MD is a fractional RF machine that features two applicators: the Venus Viva™ MD applicator for procedures requiring ablation and resurfacing of the skin, and the DiamondPolar™ applicator for non-invasive wrinkle reduction*.
Uses unique NanoFractional RF™ technology with adjustable ablation and coagulation parameters, to deliver radio frequency energy into the skin, creating micro-channels surrounded by intact tissue.

Designed to resurface the skin, which helps reduce the appearance of acne scars and other scars, striae, rosacea, dyschromia, deep wrinkles, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture and pigmentation for all skin types.
A published clinical study showed that four weeks after the last treatment, total surface area, length, and width of striae alba significantly decreased from the baseline. Patient satisfaction scores of “Satisfied” and “Very Satisfied” for changes in texture, size, and overall improvement were 96.67%, 93.94%, and 96.97%, respectively.

post treatment care

  • Only medical products that promote skin repair and moisturizing can be used within one week, such as fibroblast growth factor, epidermal growth factor, hyaluronic acid, etc., and makeup can be used after 1 week after surgery.

  • Do not wash your face within 24 hours after the operation, you can use sterile saline to clean it, and the temperature of washing your face after 24 hours should not be too high (no more than 37 degrees of body temperature)

  • After treatment, gold microneedles and radio frequency current stimulate collagen hyperplasia, accelerate blood circulation and metabolism, and the skin will be very dry.

  • It is very important to take good sun protection within three months to half a year after surgery. Try to avoid going to places with strong sunlight. It is not advisable to use sunscreen immediately after surgery. Sunscreen should be done the next day. Physical sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more is required .

  • The skin will heat up 1 to 2 days after the gold microneedling treatment, you can use ice packs or apply a cold mask to reduce the burning sensation, and the burning sensation will disappear after 2 to 3 hours.

  • Two days after the operation, there will be slight scabbing and desquamation at the gold microneedling treatment site. This is a normal phenomenon after treatment. Do not tear off the scab on your own initiative, and wait for it to fall off naturally.
